A Recognized Student Organization (RSO) community starts with having a strong and supportive constitution. You are invited to Student Leadership & Involvement’s in-person Constitution Workshop. During this interactive workshop, we will review elements of building a constitution that is supportive and effective for the everyday needs of your RSO. An RSO’s Constitution is the “How-To” Guide for running the club and includes the mission of the club, how to elect leadership, and methods for supporting members.
SLI is hosting two live workshops as well as online office hours times to discuss constitutions. As a reminder, all RSOs need to have their constitutions on Campus Connect by December 1, 2024, or they will become inactive until they meet the requirements of Rule 6-401A.
When: November 5, 2024 (Tuesday) (Option #1) or November 21, 2024 (Thursday) (Option #2)
Time: 1:00pm-2:00pm
Where: HPER North, Room 229
All are welcome to come and learn more about RSO Constitution building. Attendees will be entered into an opportunity drawing for some cool prizes!
