Student Leadership Conference| November 7, 2018

Registration is open now

The Student Leadership Conference (previously known as Learning to Lead) is intended to help emerging and experienced student leaders to better understand leadership and build practical and applicable leadership skills. It is a traditional conference with breakout sessions and a keynote speaker. Students who attend the conference will leave with an increased appreciation for leadership development, a broadened awareness of leadership opportunities on campus, and the inspiration to create positive change on campus or in the community.

"For Students, By Students"

The Student Leadership Conference is a conference created by students especially for students. We have worked with student leaders across campus to plan, organize, and execute all of the components of this conference. Workshops, speakers, and all other parts of the conference will feature students from the University of Utah. We are excited to share this time with you in building a more united and dedicated student body at the University of Utah.

At this year’s Student Leadership Conference, our theme will be centered on concepts of acknowledging current climate of youth and women entering leadership roles. This is in direct response to current rhetoric that at times can be dismissive of the transition and evolution of students pursuing active professional roles.
