PlazaFest is an opportunity for everyone to find a way to get involved on campus by networking with a bunch of the Recognized Student Organizations at the U. This annual event is usually held the Wednesday of Welcome Week from 10 am to 2 pm on the Union Plaza. Thousands of new students and others looking to get involved will be browsing through and gathering information about student organizations.

PlazaFest is for students looking to get involved by having student orgs and university programs available for informative interaction at the beginning of each semester.

Stations are set up for you to get information about student orgs at the U. Meet members, find new involvement initiatives, and enjoy this fun walk-through event for free.

Represent Your Student Org

Space at PlazaFest is limited to about 200 organizations who are in good standing at the time of their application. University departments or program are not eligible to table at this event.
